Sahari Industrial Complex is located in Wadi El Natrun along the Cairo–Alexandria Desert Road, providing direct access to Cairo, Alexandria, Sadat City and Egypt's principal logistics and export corridors. The complex comprises approximately 25,200 m² of industrial land, together with an additional 22,000 m² designated for future industrial conversion and expansion.

Sahari's location on the Cairo–Alexandria Desert Road creates direct connections with Cairo, Alexandria, Sadat City and the country's principal logistics and export corridors. The site is positioned to support industrial operators serving domestic, regional and international markets.
The existing 25,200 m² industrial site and the additional 22,000 m² expansion area create a combined development footprint of approximately 47,200 m², providing both operational scale and significant capacity for future industrial conversion.

Substantial infrastructure supporting immediate operations and future expansion.
The site incorporates industrial warehouses and administrative facilities, electrical infrastructure with capacity of up to 8 MW, internal transformers of approximately 4.5 MW, industrial water and drainage networks, groundwater wells, an RO water-treatment facility, stainless-steel tanks and dedicated production equipment.

SHADWICK has also undertaken the comprehensive assessment of the complex and its future development potential, establishing the strategic basis for disciplined development, new production capability and the admission of future industrial operators and investors.

From industrial asset to integrated industrial ecosystem.
The partnership's vision is to transform Sahari into an integrated industrial hub capable of accommodating multiple production lines, industrial operators and strategic investors while serving domestic, regional and export markets.
Based on SHADWICK's current assessment, the complex has an estimated asset value of approximately US$18 million, including the existing industrial land, buildings, infrastructure and production-related assets.
