Founded in Ottawa by Ahmed Ramadan in April 2026, NeoClinIQ is a Canadian clinical-education initiative supporting pharmacists transitioning into Canadian pharmacy practice.

Experience from inside
Canadian pharmacy practice.

Ahmed Ramadan is a healthcare and biopharmaceutical professional with more than 20 years of experience spanning Canadian pharmacy practice, pharmaceutical commercialisation, strategic partnerships, business development, digital health and healthcare education.

His direct Canadian experience includes patient counselling, medication reviews, immunisations and injections, minor-ailment prescribing, clinical verification and workflow optimisation across community-pharmacy environments, with hands-on use of Kroll, Propel Rx and HealthWatch.

He founded NeoClinIQ to translate that clinical and operational experience into structured mentorship for International Pharmacy Graduates—helping learners apply Canadian guidelines, strengthen clinical reasoning and enter practice with professional confidence.
