Shady Abo El-Fetoh

CEO & Founder

Shady spent a decade as Private Advisor to 14 companies from FORTUNE Global 500 & some States on Risk Management, International Lobbying, Intelligence and Extremely Mission-critical.

As Founder & CEO of Delta Consult, Shady started his career in 2009, working in several departments in Cairo, Dubai, London & Paris.

In 2018, Shady set SHADWICK Ltd on Uk, It is an independent structure providing holistic advice to States, SOEs and private companies on public policy, financial matters & wealth management.

In 2020, Shady set SHADWICK Limited Egypt, It is a sister company for SHADWICK Ltd & provides services in real estate investment, contracting, consulting, supplies and logistical support.

Shady advised more than 34 international companies from 16 countries with a total volume of workers exceeding USD 6.4 bn dollars in various fields such as (Supplying Strategic Goods, Armament, Real Estate Investment, Financing, & Infrastructure Projects, Etc..).

Shady participated in the implementation of many projects inside the Arab Republic of Egypt, such as (The New Suez Canal, The National Road Project, The National Electricity Network, The 1.5 million Feddan Project etc..).

Graduated from “School of Constructions” and holds two Diploma degree in Structural Analysis & CAD Design.

Ahmed Abd-Elmoghny

Vice Chairman Partner

Mr. Ahmed is an M&A Expert with investment banking and corporate finance proven track record. Ahmed graduated with honors from Cairo University, Faculty of Commerce – English Section in cooperation with City University (UK) in 1998 with a Bachelor of Actuarial Sciences. Also, he joined Ernst & Young in Egypt in 2004 from his own consulting practice as well as lecturing at universities including MSA, CIC and BUE.

He managed several assignments including Valuations & Business Plans, Information and Credit Memoranda and was the quality assurance and independence coordinator for Ernst & Young’s Business Advisory Solutions in Egypt. At the end of 2007, Ahmed joined Makaseb Islamic Capital as Senior Associate Investment Banker managing a wide range of investment banking transactions in the UAE and the Gulf.

Around mid-2009, Ahmed returned to Cairo to join Mars in as a Regional Finance Manager for Levant and Maghreb countries over seeing financial operations in 9 countries.

In 2012 Ahmed was appointed Associate Director at Enmaa the agriculture arm of Juhayna Group and after this held a Senior Consultant position leading the Investment Banking activities at Fincorp Investment Holding mid 2014 for 1 year. Ahmed joined Premiere Holding in June 2015 as Managing Director of the Investment Banking Division.

In March 2018 Ahmed joined Anderson as an M&A Partner. Currently Ahmed is a partner at Data insight a member of Berkley Research Group in Riyadh KSA since August 2019.

In 2019 Ahmed joined Shadwick Ltd as a vice chairman Partner.

Ahmed holds Board Member roles with several Companies: Premiere Investment, Mwasalat Misr, and Barbary Investment Group. In addtion, he holds an MBA (with honors) majoring in international business from French Grande Ecole ESLSCA in 2001. He is a Certified Management Accountant (USA), Certified in Financial Management (USA), and registered for Level II CFA (USA). Ahmed also passed with distinction five exams of the fellowship of the Institute of Actuaries in the UK. Ahmed is a Certified Private Equity Specialist (CPES) from the institute of Banking and Finance.

Dr.Majed Alanazi

Executive Director & Founding Partner

Majed spent 15 years as a Private Investor As Founder & CEO of Dental Plaza, Majed started his own investment, working in several departments in KSA & Kyrgyzstan.

In 2017, Majed set up two companies in the UAE, One for Oil & Gaz and the second one for Gold & Diamond.

Majed advised more than 11 international companies from 6 countries with a total volume of workers exceeding USD 6.8 bn dollars in various fields such as (Gold & Diamond, Oil & Gaz, Real Estate Investment, Financing, & Infrastructure Projects, Etc..).

Graduated from “Faculty of Applied Health Sciences” BSc(PT) and Graduated from “Riyadh Colleges of Pharmacy and Dentistry” BSc(DS) holds two Diploma degrees in Structural Analysis & CAD Design.
